Abstract：
为了确保消费者的合法权益，有关部门对食品检验工作提出了较高的要求，在检测技术这块也增加了投入。食品检测过程中的快速检测技术极为重要，能够及时的找到食品中的有害物质。相关的工作人员需要掌握检测技术的管理，科学操作，从根本上提升检测结果的准确性，对此，本文分析了食品安全检测中的快速检测技术，希望能够提升食品中有害物质检测的准确性。
