    Abstract:

    旧有的教研活动单调、枯燥,大多以传授为主,教师没有参与的积极性和主动性。以解决教育教学实际问题,强调教师是教学研究的主体,并不断提高解决实际教学问题能力为宗旨的“园本教研”更能满足教师专业提升的要求。本文围绕“园本教研”的开展进行了初步的探究。
