Abstract：
在新形势背景下，如今的农村学校管理理念在很大程度上阻碍了教育活动的顺利开展，因此作为农村校长，要注重转变自身管理理念，重新建立可以促进农村学校可持续发展的新的管理制度。本文对于新形势下，农村校长应该拥有的学校管理理念作出分析，希望可以帮助更多农村校长提升教学能力以及管理能力，促进我国教育事业获得可持续发展。
