新时期金融创客实验室的构建与管理

Abstract：
金融创客实验室的兴起对人才培养有重要意义。所谓金融创客实验室，是从课程体系，人员构成，创业机制、创业思维、运行模式等多种形式，构建一种课程一体化思维。新时期大学生金融创业实验室的构建，对学生自我发展和实践能力的提升，受到很多大学的推崇。笔者通过对国内外创客实验室发展背景和现状的回顾，对构建符合大学生创客实验室特征模式，从构思，到理念设计等方面提出了新的创客思维，在构建模式与管理过程方面也提出了自己的见解。
