    根据绍兴市人力资源和社保保障局颁发的《绍兴市职业技能提升行动实施方案》，绍兴技师学院（筹）成教处技能培训部门为深入贯彻执行技能提升行动部署要求，为全面推行终身职业技能培训制度，着力推进深化校企合作，开始进行“双模多元”的培养模式，以此来深化校企合作，发挥技师学院为社会培养高技能人才的服务作用。
