    近年来，新媒体发展日新月异，传统媒体的发展状况不容乐观，媒介融合因而成为传统媒体发展的必由之路，然而，传统媒体与新媒体的媒介融合由于各种原因，在发展过程中也存在许多问题，尤其是地市级电视台，融合发展之路有诸多制约因素值得思考探究。
