    Abstract：

    在当前教学中我们可以了解到大多数的语文老师依然采用传统的教学方法开展教学，该用教学方法严重影响教学质量的提升，同时也不利于学生学习成绩的提高。在教学过程当中，我们需要坚持做到以学生为主，帮助学生充分的发挥自身主体作用，积极主动的投入到整个教学当中，为今后的学习和发展奠定良好的基础。本文相对于初中语文教学中所出现的问题进行分析，并进一步探讨在教学做合一的引领下如何开展初中语文教学活动。
