中职班主任管理面临的压力及消解途径分析

Abstract：

随着素质教育的不断推进，班主任教师在管理班级方面面临越来越多的问题。中职生文化素质水平较低，因此对这部分学生群体管理时，中职班主任势必存在管理的压力。本文通过介绍目前中职学生的发展现状，中职班主任管理工作的意义，最后探究打出组合拳来消解中职班主任管理的压力。
