Abstract：
新时代的到来使我国教育事业得到了良好的改善，而且教育也越来越重视培养学生在学习中的德育素质的培养。初中时期是学生学习知识的关键阶段，这一时期不仅要提高学生的学科知识，更要在知识学习中培养其良好的德育能力。地理学科是初中时期学生的必要学科，初中地理课程的学习可以丰富学生的地理知识而且可以让学生经过学习养成良好的行为意识、培养其爱国意识以及环境保护意识，初中一些学校需要结合实际做好学校管理教育。
