Abstract：
在水利水电工程建设中存在水土流失问题，水土流失现象在风沙区、丘陵区、山区及大江大河流域较为常见，同时属于重点防治区域，只有水土保持到位才能协调水利水电工程与生态环境的关系，为该工程可持续建设及科学发展给予支持，水土保持重要性随之凸显。本文通过探讨水利水电工程建设的水土保持及其流失防治策略，以期为提升水利水电工程建设管理水平提供参考。
