    Abstract：

    当前，城市园林绿化工程逐渐受到重视，苗木栽植的适宜时间已经不能满足园林绿化工程的施工需求，因此需要进行反季节苗木种植。种植人员必须了解反季节条件下如何保证植物的生长需求，从植物生存、生长的客观规律出发，加强计划性和预见性，适时合理地安排好反季节种植工作，才能减少实施反季节种植的损失，确保移植树木的成活率。
