21世纪的教育改革倡导同步落实素养和技能培养，文章建立在核心素养背景下，综合实践教学、互动教学以及信息化教学这三个方面展开论述，意在能够为当前初中英语课堂教学改革提供相关参考，同时可以成为培养学生核心素养的关键措施。
