    小学阶段是学生正式接触英语学习，教师在教学过程中要注重对学生英语基础的培养，尤其是学生英语口语能力的培养，提升他们的英语语言表达能力。英语口语作为英语教学中的重要组成部分，学生通过学习英语口语可以不断提升自己的文化素养，也能让他们感受到英语的魅力，同时他们也能在练习英语口语过程中锻炼自己的口才。因此，本文就核心素养角度下培养小学生英语语言表达能力进行了探究。
