    教学目标伴随着社会发展趋势的变化而不断变化，当前提升学生的核心素养已经成了首要任务，因此本文结合课堂教学理念、数学应用意识、个性化教学方案这三个方面展开实际探究，意在进一步提升初中数学教学有效性。
