    数学这门学科是小学教育中占比最重的学科之一，其对小学生运算能力的培养近几年越来越得到教育界的重视。运算能力是小学生数学学习必备能力之一。本文基于多年的教学经验，就在核心素养背景下如何培养学生的运算能力提出自己的几点看法，以供参考。
