Abstract：

学生在步入初中以后，生理和心理层面均发生了较大的改变，但是因为认知水平有限，辨别是非能力较弱，容易被不良信息影响，不利于学生成长。因此，身为初中班主任，需要肩负起自身的职责，利用激励策略，对学生开展德育教育工作。下文针对初中班主任德育教育中学生激励策略进行深入分析。
