    Abstract：

    随着教育改革的逐步实施，新课改要求教师注重素质教育的开展，也就是说教师在课堂教学中要面向全体学生，多关注学生的学习特点与学习需求，打造出一个民主、开放的教学环境。因此，为了迎合新课程改革的要求，小学语文教师就必须要注重动态课堂的构建，要通过这种全新的教学模式，来打破传统教学的局限性，从而迎来更加高效的教学效果。
