    Abstract：

    随着社会的逐步发展，幼儿园的教育也开始被人们所重视，但在教育的同时，老师更应该讲求一定的方法，提高幼儿们的学习兴趣，老师完全可以在幼儿们自主游戏中增强指导，提高孩子们的各种知识的发展，老师的指导对于幼儿们来说也是至关重要的，所以，老师们在给予幼儿们指导之前也应该有相应的计划，从而实现更精确指导。
