    Abstract：

    驻马店市幼儿园青年教师的师德发展现状，关系着驻马店市幼儿教育的长远发展，本研究采取问卷调查法，调查研究了我市公办幼儿园和民办幼儿园教师的师德发展现状，得出结论：驻马店幼儿园青年教师在爱岗敬业以及热爱幼儿方面总体较好，对待幼儿平等意识有待加强、对待科研工作认识有待进一步提高。
