Abstract：

《建筑工程法律法规》课程由于其要求的特殊性，在高职院校教学过程中难度较大，出现了学生接受困难、教师互动无响应、课堂气氛沉闷等现象。研究通过总结《建筑工程法律法规》课堂上出现的问题，讨论其成因，并提出相关建议，以期对提高《建筑工程法律法规》课堂教学质量有所帮助。
