    Abstract：

    随着课程改革的深化，中职英语教育也需要进行改革，以适应社会发展的需求。小组合作学习是英语教学中常采用的一种方式，也是非常有效的一种学习方式，在中职英语教学中，要更加注重培养学生的英语核心素养，进一步提高学生的英语综合能力，让教学活动对学生职业发展更加有利。本文对核心素养背景下的中职英语教学现状进行分析，并提出在中职英语教学中开展合作学习的一些具体措施。
