Abstract：
在我们的小学英语课堂教学中，常常出现因班额较大，课堂上教师不能充分了解每一个学生的学习情况而无法有针对性的对课堂进行调整：学生在英语学习中两极分化，部分孩子对英语学习没有兴趣：课堂上教师讲得过多、满堂灌，学生参与过少等各种问题。针对这些问题，本文从备课是前提、课堂是主阵地、课后是保障这三个方面进行分析，阐述了如何建立小学英语高效课堂。
