    Abstract：

    仲裁案件档案在当前频繁发生的劳动争议中发挥着重要作用，目前，随着仲裁法院办公设施和计算机化的不断发展，仲裁案件档案的管理面临着标准不完善、实际建设滞后等各种挑战，迫切需要加强改革。因此，本文从仲裁案件档案管理的重要性出发，提出了提高仲裁法院档案管理水平的改革策略。
