    Abstract：

    新时代背景下，学校为提升学校管理水平，在学校管理实践中探索了安全管理、制度管理、智能化管理等模式，对小学学校管理模式的改革和创新课题进行了研究。本文对小学学校管理模式和发展现状进行了分析，在此基本上提出了坚持以学生为本，更新学校管理制度，完善信息技术设施，走智能化管理道路，加强校园文化建设，探索运用融合管理模式的有效策略，以此改革和创新小学学校管理模式。
