Abstract：
在个人的成长过程中，心理健康始终起到非常重要的影响，如果一个人的心理健康向上，就能促进人的成长，反之则会起到反作用。作为教育启蒙阶段，学前教育对于人才的培养意义重大。一直以来，学前教育都是一个被社会广泛关注的热门话题，幼儿教育无论是对个人还是对家庭都非常重要，因此各方需要积极探讨如何在学前教育中培养幼儿的良好行为习惯，引导幼儿树立起积极健康的道德修养与思维方式，帮助幼儿健康快乐成长。
