Abstract：
随着社会的发展和时代的变迁，我国对于人才的要求愈来愈高，而人才培养与教学紧密相连，特别是英语教学在我国中职教学领域具有举足轻重的地位。在职业能力视角下，中职英语教学不仅要完成基础知识的传授，还应当注重学生综合素质的培养，帮助学生更好地应付未来学习和就业。在此情形下，中职英语教学模式的创新刻不容缓。以下主要就职业能力视角下中职英语教学模式的创新对策展开探究，希望提供参考。
