    我国现在大力提倡对学生的素质教育，提高学生的受教育程度，树立三观格局的认知。学生是国之根本，关乎着一个国家的未来发展境况。因此作为培育我们祖国栋梁的广大人民教师肩负着重大责任。因此，一个教师的自我修养以及责任意识的认知对其职业发展来说不可或缺；对国家发展来说重中之重。本文将主要围绕教师对当今社会发展的重要作用以及如何树立良好教师形象进行研讨总结。
