    Abstract：

    在混合学习和移动学习日益盛行的趋势下，微课成为我国教育信息化资源建设的重点和研究热点。本文结合英语口译课程的微课作品《短期记忆及联想记忆法》，基于微课的概念与特征，分享如何进行微课设计与制作，从进行教学设计，准备微课内容和录制微课视频三个方面进行具体介绍，希望为应用微课进行授课的教师提供帮助，促进国内微课的可持续发展。
