Abstract：
初中英语教师在阅读教学实践过程中，运用分层教学策略，从整体把握班级学生的英语阅读水平，并充分考虑到学生在英语阅读能力上的差异，对班级学生进行合理分层，为每个层次的学生设定不同的阅读教学目标，促进各个层次的学生提高自己的英语阅读能力。对此，初中英语教师应立足于教学实践，积极探索有效路径，加强分层教学策略在英语阅读教学过程中的应用。
