Abstract：
初中阶段的学生也处在青春期，在个人的自我意识上也逐渐成型，教师要把握好初中阶段学生的年龄特征，采取针对性的措施培养学生良好的自主学习能力和习惯，以此为学生高层次的学习奠定基础。初中阶段是学生初次接触物理学科的时期，物理教学中实验是重要的组成部分之一，教师在这一环节需要进行对于自主学习能力的设计，以此提高教学的效率。
