    “管育并重”德育模式在中职班主任日常管理中的作用非同凡响，“管育并重”的德育模式由两方面构成——“管”和“育”，在两者共同作用下，保障和促进学生全方位成长。本文对“管”“育”之间的关系进行简明扼要的概括，探讨了新的趋势下怎样创新“德育并重”德育模式，给中职班主任的德育教育工作提出了几点建议。
