Abstract：
教学是老师与学生之间的一种特有的人才培养关系。正是这种培养关系使得老师能够有目的、有计划的组织学生进行学习，同时在老师的引导下，使得学生掌握更多的科学文化知识，进而促进学生素质的提高，最终把学生培养成社会需要的人。因此在日常的教育教学，尤其是小学数学课堂的教学中，如何调动学生的学习主动性和积极性，提高课堂效率就显得尤为重要。本文就基于问题化教学下的小学数学课堂策略以分数的初步认识一课为例展开探究。
