    Abstract：

    在现阶段的小学信息技术教学过程中，部分教师将关注的重点集中在提升学生的操作能力上，并运用传统的方式授课，即：让学生按部就班地进行相应的授课，并不注重增强他们的独立学习能力，导致部分学生在遇到新问题时，常常出现束手无策的状况，而构建小学信息技术有效课堂便成为空谈了。基于此，本文将对小学信息技术教学的有效开展策略进行分析。
