本文主要以新时期国有企业培训工作开展为重点进行阐述，首先分析新时期背景下，国有企业人才培训工作开展过程中出现的问题，其次从加强国有企业对员工培训的重视，转变培训理念、增加有关培训工作的投资力度、分析国有企业培训的需求以及制定完善的评估考核制度几个方面深入说明并探讨，新时期提高国企有企业人才培训工作的策略，旨意在为相关研究提供参考资料。
