    文章从三个方面分析了自学考生诚信考试的现状，分别从社会人事招聘现状、自考制度实施现状和社会诚信的发展现状等三个角度对其进行了探讨，并提出了有效的对策：增强社会和政府的重视程、建立完善的自考制度、加强诚信教育。
