Abstract：

近年来，经济发展非常迅速，国家在各方面不断改进和整顿。水利水电工程可以说是近年来的一项重大工程。水利水电工程建设主要包括电站、水库和调水工程建设。水利水电工程受地形、水势、水力条件等自然条件影响，工程量巨大，短时间内难以完成，施工周期性强，因此水利水电工程造价特别高。
