    作为基础教育的小学数学不是培养数学精英，而是通过数学学习完善小学生和谐人格，促进数学综合素养的形成。小学数学教学要立足于学生未来发展需求，尊重学生主体地位，构建新型的教学环境，建立自主、合作、探究的学习方式，让学生拥有更多的发展空间。
