Abstract：
思想政治理论课程是高职院校教学课程的重要组成部分，对学生正确思想观念的树立有积极引导作用。同时，如果在教学过程中教师能积极引入职业教育观念，就能提升学生的就业竞争力，帮助其解决就业难的问题。但是目前高职院校的思想政治理论教学还存在诸多问题，本文笔者就针对现有问题提出教学创新思路，以期促进教学效果的提升。
