Abstract：

近年来，我国的教育水平发展迅速，各领域的人才培养也逐渐加强。在党的十九大报告明确指出，人才是实现民族振兴、赢得国际竞争主动的战略资源。技工院校以培养技术技能型人才著称，努力把学生培养成未来的工匠是新时代技工院校的应尽责任，培养学生崇尚恪尽职守、追求精益求精，务实创新的工匠精神是技工院校的不懈追求。
