Abstract：
随着社会的发展，考试焦虑成为学生常见情绪问题，这是一种消极情绪，在影响学生学习成绩的同时也会对学生身心发展产生消极影响。本研究主要是通过比较干预内容与干预方法对高三年级学生考试焦虑的影响，探究出考试焦虑的有效干预因素，为高三学生考试焦虑提供新的干预思绪。
