Abstract：
跳绳在学校体育教学中是一项简单、易操作、健身效果极佳的运动项目。跳绳运动不受场地限制，更不分年龄、性别，只要乐于这项运动就能够通过跳绳达到强身健体、愉悦身心的目的。本文主要探讨了在小学体育教学过程中，如何正确运用合理的教学方法引导孩子们学会并乐于接受跳绳运动，从而真正让学生爱上体育运动。
