    Abstract：

    顺应着时代教育改革的潮流,英语老师也应该对以往的授课方式作出创新,打破以往老师一味地讲学生一味的听的传统模式,更好的激发学生学习英语的热情,促进教师和学生之间的有效交流,促使学生语言技能的综合提高.出于这样的目的,教师可以在英语教学中开展分层教学的模式,鼓励学生多读书、多思考、多总结,通过阅读积累经验,促使英语能够得到更好的应用.本文主要论述了分层教学的原则,并提出了具体的教学措施.
