    Abstract：

    新课改实施以后,对初中语文教学提出更高的要求,并强调语文教学中应以提高语文教学的有效性作为教学目标,由此教师明确教学目标,从而在授课过程中教师积极运用多元化教学法,通过多样化的教学方式,能使学生在教师引导下高效学习知识,学生学习效率有所提高,有利于促进初中教学的有效性得到提高,进而实现教学目标.
