Abstract：
在我国大多数农村中存在着较多的留守少年,都是由隔辈老人在照管,虽然留守少年有家人照顾,但是在内心身心需要父母的疼爱.由于隔辈老人学历水平较低,不能在生活中实施良好的家庭教育,留守少年的教育问题成为当下一个教育难题.作为班主任,在向留守少年实施教育时,要拥有一颗爱心,利用"爱"去感染留守少年的思想意识,促进他们健康成长.
