    根据教育心理的研究数据指出,学生的兴趣是影响及驱动学生接受新鲜事物、了解事物、学习研究事物的主要动力,因而小学生的兴趣特长对于学生未来的发展奠定了夯实的基础.与此同时,随着新课程标准的推进执行,学生综合素养的培育成为教育的重中之重,而这一方面的发展又离不开学生相关兴趣爱好的培育.故,本文将聚焦小学生群体,研究分析如何激发及培养学生的兴趣及特长.
