Abstract：
在开展小学语文教学活动之后,应对后进生在小学语文教学活动中的现状进行详细分析,后进生在教学活动开展过程中存在着问题,其学习习惯未养成、心理素质不太高等,后进生在教学活动中的转换是小学语文教学活动顺利进行的关键.本文为了促进后进生在小学语文课程学习中得到更好的发展,就后进生在教学活动中的现状,对后进生出现的原因进行分析,并提出一些有利于教学时后进生转化的措施.
