建筑工程施工管理是建筑企业日常运行中相关工作人员需要开展的重要工作内容,也是推动施工顺利开展,保证整体工程质量的重要突进,因此,要充分运用精细化管理理念,通过构建管理体系与制度,提高施工现场安全性等一系列的措施,将精细化管理在施工管理中的有效性最大程度发挥出来,为建筑行业的稳定发展打下坚实的基础.
