    健康的心理塑造是确保中学生健康生活和学习的基础.由于中学生不仅要面临学业的压力,而且还要面对与家人、朋友、同学以及教师之间构建良好关系的压力.所以,学生不管是在生活还是学习过程中都可能出现一定的心理问题.作为中学教师来说,应该根据中学生学习和成长的实际情况,对学生进行具有针对性的心理健康教育,为学生营造健康快乐的学习和成长环境.
