Abstract：
随着教育事业的不断发展，社会对于各阶段学生全面发展的要求越来越强烈，学校对课堂质量的要求越来越高。目前，很多新的体能训练方法在不断地产生。本文章首先分析了目前的小学体能训练教学现状，之后，讨论了体育分组教学等新的体育教学模式融入体能训练中的教学的建议。
