    Abstract：

    进入21世纪以来，由于高新技术的带动，各个领域都发生了巨大的变化。高精尖的前沿技术不断兴起，对社会主义建设的未来人才也提出了更高层次的要求。语文在小学设置的众多学科中被作为一门基础性学科，在其中起着十分重要的作用，语文教师的教学能力的重要性也不容忽视。在一定程度上，教学能力是提升教学质量和进行教学改革所必须解决的问题，是推进素质教育的重要因素。
